Loved the experience of this place. Went with my wife today, and our salesman was Braxton. I give Braxton an A+. He was super friendly, helpful, did not give off the salesman vibe, and made our purchase streamlined.

As I waited I saw the other salespeople were welcoming and helpful to other customers as well.

When we walked into Hanks we were greeted by Dylan McNamara he was very friendly, patient and he smiled (shocking right) . We looked around and thanked him because we wanted to think about it.
