I’ve been months trying to find the right couch until I visited Hanks in Hot Springs. Mike was very knowledgable and so helpful. He allowed me to shop without distractions and harassment. Once I made the purchase I went home contemplating if I’d made the right decision… Yes I did! Everything was so smooth from in store purchase down to the great customer service from delivery and set up. Chris and James were awesome and hard working. Hanks is the best shopping experience we had the whole weekend. We went to several different stores shopping for furniture and Hanks was by far the best. Rich and Arthur let us take our time and were honest and respectful to deal with. We covered every corner of the store and there was no question left unanswered. We will be back. Thank you!!
