Loved it. I came in to see some of the specials in person. The lady named Angel was very professional. She answered my questions, didn't harass me or follow me and let me look around in peace. She came back to us and gave us her card, explained the special and delivery expectations. I love good, clear cut customer service where I'm not being treated like a piece of meat or a thief. I'll likely continue buying here vs other places where I had the opposite experience. 

Working with Kaleb Dewberry yesterday February 25, 2024 at the Jonesboro, AR Hank’s was wonderful. He was so insightful and helpful. We used to live in Jonesboro, but live in Wiggins, MS now and are building a new home there and we’re looking for for sofa for our main living area and the basement living area. He helped us to find the perfect sofas and is holding them and arranged to have them delivered to Wiggins when our home is completed in April. Thank you Hank’s for having such an awesome, knowledgeable salesman.
