I recently went to Hanks here in Russellville to find a recliner for my home. They had an amazing selection and great prices! Even better than just what they had in stock was the environment and the service. Me and my wife picked out a nice recliner that we love and it's perfect for our home. After picking out the right one before store closing, the manager helped us take it out to our vehicle only to find out it wouldn't fit in the SUV. The manager Mr. Powers was so kind and offered to bring it to our home for us since we were just up the road. This was an amazing experience! He went above and beyond anything we could have asked. My husband and I had a great purchasing experience at Hank's. After searching online for months for a customizable leather sectional, we enjoyed being able to go in the Hank's showroom, sit on the pieces and see fabrics in person. Our salesperson, Scott, was knowledgable and answered all of our questions. I was also quite impressed with the delivery team who were very careful when putting beds together in my children's room and setting up our sofa.
